Russell Gardner is a project manager and finance senior associate for ELOM LLC. Prior to joining ELOM LLC, Russ worked for four years for multiple global financial institutions in structured finance, private equity, and investment banking. Most recently, he worked as a senior associate in the structured finance energy group at Zions Bancorporation where he managed and closed more than 20 deals totaling nearly $1 billion in capital commitments in the natural gas, wind, and solar energy sectors. While at Zions Bancorporation, Russ served as coordinating lead arranger and joint lead arranger on projects located in California, Oregon, Texas, New Mexico, Minnesota, and North Carolina for sponsors including D. E. Shaw, BlackRock, Invenergy, sPower, 8minutenergy, Longroad Energy, and Strata Solar.

Prior to Zions Bancorporation, Russ worked as a private equity associate for AltaLink Capital and an investment banking analyst at Citigroup in its global technology investment banking coverage group. Notable deals he was involved in while at Citi include the $1.4 billion acquisition of Interactive Intelligence by Genesys. Russ received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University.
