Cameron Chubbuck (Cam) is a project manager and asset manager for Horizon ELOM Holdings, LLC. Cam has managed and closed nearly 800 units of affordable housing with capital stacks that included LIHTC equity, HUD Section 8 Rental Assistance, USDA RD 515 loans, RD 521 Rental Assistance, and HOME financing in states such as California, Arizona, Nevada and Mississippi. Cam also manages assets post-closing, working with investors to receive capital installments, with lenders on converting construction loans to permanent loans, and with tax credit agencies to receive 8609s.

Prior to joining Horizon ELOM, Cam worked for 4 years as an engineer and scheduler/optimizer at multiple Fortune 5 companies in the Energy Industry. Cam received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
